Bought an engagement ring and it had to have been a couple hours that I was there trying to find the right one that suited me asking to see loose diamond after loose diamond and different settings. Sue made me feel very comfortable in there and made sure I had all the information before picking the perfect ring. Will clean and polish the ring at any time free of charge.
